Trace Ritter, Co-Owner

Born in Huntington, West Virginia. In 1988 Trace moved to Hollywood California. He attended and graduated from the Guitar Institute of Technology. He worked from 1989-1991 at Sound City Studios and 1991-1994 at Goodnight L.A. Studios for legendary producer Keith Olsen. In 1996 he went on to sign a major record deal with Columbia Records and toured extensively with his band "Chalk FarM". He also toured for years with acts on other major labels such as DreamWorks and A&M as a hired guitarist. In early 2002 he built a recording facility and began his own recording studio "Ritter Music Company". There he is constantly working on his song catalog for film and T.V. placements. Trace is an accomplished musician, skilled engineer and producer.

Kevin Shepard, Co-Owner

Born in Southern California, Kevin grew up in Los Angeles playing drums for various bands. He graduated in 1991 from U.S.C. with a degree in communications. In 1995 he signed a major record deal with his band "Tonic" on Polydor/A&M records. Tonic toured the world extensively from 1996-1999 and became a multi-platinum selling band. In 2000, Kevin signed a deal on 333 Music Group/Universal Records with his new band "Zoo Story". Kevin continues to play drums with various artists.


Hiro Sase, CEO for the Pacific Rim

Born in Osaka, Japan. Hiro began playing guitar at the age of 12. After graduating from high school he moved to Tokyo. There he studied jazz guitar. Highly influenced by the Beatles and Wes Montgomery. Hiro, started teaching in various music school throughout Japan as well as performing in his own projects. Since 1988 his travels have lead him to work in New Zealand, Malaysia, New York and Los Angeles (where he now resides). Hiro continues to advance his musical skills to new levels.


Mark Naron, Pacific Northwest Representative

Born and raised in Seattle. Mark has 21 plus years of running live sound and touring as a bass player with several bands. He owns a record label and a artist & PR management company. He is also the Music Director for the Washington Blues Society, the sales & service of musical equipment and the owner of Fastback Studios in Seattle. He has joined Tone-Giant to provide quality equipment and hands on service to the music retailers throughout the Northwest.
